Over 15 years of consulting experience across multiple leading companies and firms.

10+ years association with Prabhat Dairy group. He was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in his last serving role. In his role, he interacted extensively with business owners, banks, financial institutions and business leaders across sectors in India and overseas.

2+ years association with Sakal Media Group. He is providing professional services as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Sakal Media Group. The Sakal Media Group is the largest independently owned media business in Maharashtra working in the field of Print & News Media, Agriculture, Financial Services, Construction and Infra services and also social awareness and empowerment of various sectors. He is directly involved in all investment, expansions and development plans of the group across sectors.

His experience and key strengths include Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Fund raise, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Regulatory laws (FEMA, SEBI, NBFC etc.), Exit Tax planning, Taxation compliances, Budget and Budgetary Control System, Mergers and Acquisition, Corporate and transaction structuring, Business Valuation, etc.

He has worked across sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, infrastructure, media, IT’s, financial services, engineering goods, pharmaceutical, FMCG, etc.
