His experience and key strengths include Liasoning with Banks/ Financial Institutions, Financial models, Bank Loan documents, Property Valuation, Letter of Credits, Bank Proposal Note and Appraisal Note, Detailed Project Report and TEV Report etc.
He has worked across sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture- dairy, cattle feed and seeds, financial services, renewable energy, FMCG, engineering goods etc.

He worked with Finolex Cable Ltd. (2011- 2017) and Prabhat Dairy group (since 2017).
His experience and key strengths include Internal, Statutory, Stock audits, Consultancy in direct and indirect taxes, Tax Planning, Handling of Tax Assessments, Corporate Advisory Services, etc.
He has worked across sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, electric cables, financial services, engineering goods, construction, FMCG, Trusts, Co-operative Societies etc.
He has established a reputation for excellence, inspiring confidence and credibility.

He is young and dynamic chartered accountant.
He is in practice Since July 2010. He also secured 90th rank in ICWAI Intermediate exam.
He enjoys special expertise in Indirect Tax i.e. Vat /Sales Tax compliance which includes Audit, Assessment, Appeal, Consultancy and Goods & Service Tax (GST) related all compliance.
He also in assisting clients on their entry strategy and has been instrumental in advising numerous organizations on setting up a business presence in India and providing continual advisory support to various clients on Business Law issues

He is a Chartered Accountant, He specializes in SAP & ERP system setting, implementing & providing online support to the same.
He also having wide experience in the field of Auditing, Taxation, Secretarial matters and Project Financing.
He is having expertise in matters pertaining to SAP Implementation Management consultancy services & Due diligence exercises.
He also concentrating in fields of TDS he has been retained as a Consultant by various well-known business houses.
He is well-known in the business class for his expertise and in-depth knowledge in System setting.

Mr. Amit Diwate is a qualified Company Secretary.
He is associated with our firm since 2014.
He has a wide experience in all types of company secretarial work which includes formation of new companies, minutes, compliance work and matters related to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
He is also actively involved in various liasoning work e.g. Shop Act Registration, Partnership /LLP Registrations, Trade Mark, Food/ Liquor Licenses.
